I don’t know what size I am?

Our sizes are standard Australian sizes. If you are unsure of what size bikini you are, send in your measurements to info@tamziswimwear.com and we will suggest the right size for you. If you are in between sizes, we suggest going a size up because most of our bikinis tie up and can be ruched/adjusted easily. You can also checkout our sizing chart here.

 

What are the delivery/shipping options?

When you add items to checkout, you will be asked to choose your shipping: Standard, Express or Priority Express. Please click here for more information.

 

How to track my order

Once you receive your ‘Order Shipped’ confirmation email, you’ll also get a tracking number. Simply visit Australia Post’s website, enter your tracking number, and you’ll be able to follow your order’s journey.

 

What if my package gets lost or stolen?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

If a delivery is unsuccessful and your package is returned to Tamzi Swimwear, we will contact you to arrange a second shipment. Please note that you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

While we take great care in shipping your order, Tamzi Swimwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. In the rare event this occurs, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your parcel.

 

How long does it take to make my bikini?

Bikini production can take anywhere from 1-6 business days depneding on what option you select when checking out. Please click here for options. 

 

Do you offer custom sizing or adjustments?

Yes, we do offer custom sizing and adjustments within our available design limits. If you need a specific fit, feel free to reach out before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

 

Where does Tamzi Swimwear ship?

We currently ship all over Australia. All of New Zealand. Most parts of America. Most parts of Europe. 

 

Are all pieces hand-made?

Yes, every piece of swimwear is handmade with love in our Brisbane studio. Unlike other brands, we take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail, ensuring each piece is unique and made just for you!

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, AfterPay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay.

 

Can I change or add items to my order after purchasing?

If you need to change or add items to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, but once your order is in production or on its way, we’re unable to make adjustments.

 

Is Tamzi Swimwear really an ethical and sustainable business?

Absolutely! At Tamzi Swimwear, we’re 100% committed to sustainability and ethics. Every piece is handmade in our Brisbane studio with care and attention to detail. We operate with zero waste, using sustainable materials, and ensure that our packaging is eco-friendly. We go as far as even donating our scrap pieces of fabrics to second-hand shops, so they can be used by other people for arts, craft, ect. By keeping everything local and handcrafted, we minimise our environmental impact while supporting fair practices.

 

What if I don’t love my bikini once it arrives?

Since each piece is handmade just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds. We encourage you to check sizing and details carefully before ordering, and feel free to reach out if you need any help—we’re happy to assist! Naturally in the unlikely scenario of any faults or quality issues, we welcome you to email us straight away so that we may resolve the matter with you. info@tamziswimwear.com

How should I care for my bikini to make it last?

  • Rinse with water after use to remove dirt, oil, chlorine, fake tan
  • Cold wash only with mild detergent
  • Do not tumble dry or dry clean
  • Do not iron
  • Dry in shade
